What a night!

Our table consisted of 8 20-somethings, 6 of whom graduated from IWU within 2-3 years of each other.

Needless to say, WE HAD A BLAST!

The food was good, the entertainment was “interesting”, but the fellowship was UNMATCHED!

Thank you table #15 for SUCH a good night!

Thank you Indiana North District for the opportunity to laugh myself silly on NUMEROUS occasions.

And apparently I’m being sent a few audio files of tonight’s entertainment. He was the “singing auctioneer” and some of his songs were a bit “over the top” for our diversely-aged group.

Well, it’s a new week here in Warsaw, Indiana (I guess it’s a new week everywhere, actually).

Tonight Jess and I head to the Oakwood Inn in Syracuse for our Indiana North District Christmas party with “top secret entertainment” – I’ll have camera in-hand to capture the “excitement” I’m sure!

I was chatting with another district youth pastor – Jason Denniston this morning and we were enjoying guessing what tonight’s entertainment might include. MC Hammer’s name came up a few times.

We had our THIRD doctor’s visit last week on Tuesday and I failed to report about it! Sorry!

Everything is going VERY well with the pregnancy and Baby Sheets had a heart rate of 140bpm until Jess giggled a bit and then it raised to 150bpm and stayed there for a few moments! It was an amazing thing to hear the heartbeat of our future child!
