Just a moment ago I played the video of my Dad and I cruising in the Mini Cooper on my laptop. Ella saw it from a distance, came towards and smiled as the video finished playing.
Jess said, “put a video of her on there!”
So I did.
When I turned the screen to show Ella she came over to the couch and preceded to PULL HERSELF UP TO A STANDING POSITION FOR THE FIRST TIME IN HER LIFE!
Jess and I both sat speechless as the video finished and when the video was finished both of us had tears in our eyes. When the video finished, Ella sat down and crawled away.
We just experienced “a moment”.
Thank you for sharing your moment with us! What a precious time! Cherish these! One day you will turn around to look for her and find your little girl isn’t all that little any more.

Ella was also talking and talking and more talking during the time I was babysitting her. (and grandma understood every word) I think she might have said she was going to stand on her own for mommy and daddy tonight! She is sooooo smart:)
