I have a newer laptop that DIDN’T need the update, but if you don’t want your computer to “start on fire and crash” (or whatever happens) with the changes in Daylight Savings Time this year, you should get the FREE updates via Microsoft.
Go here: http://www.microsoft.com/dst2007 and follow the instructions! It’s simple and will save you a headache come Sunday morning!

Or for those Apple users, just be connected to the internet and Apple will automatically update your system. Very nice :)
