We’re settled in here at “Uncle Kory’s” place in Indianapolis.
This house feels so much like “home” for us when we come here. I’m so thankful for my friendship with Mr. Pence! (and I’m not just writing that because he’s standing over my shoulder!)
We’ll be here all day tomorrow and will be heading back to Warsaw on Saturday morning.
Continue to pray for Stevan and Jess and Ella as we are continuing to seek the Lord’s will for our future lives and future ministry! We are using this time down here to pray together and dialogue about what God may be calling us to in the future.

Oh, and POOR ELLA, she keeps being neglected! Her daddy started her picture page declaring that he was going to be taking and posting “A Picture-A-Day” of Ella!!???? POOR ELLA, AND, POOR PA Grandparents, who don’t see her but five times since her birth (and she is almost a year old)!!!

you are so right Kory is pretty awesome! Today, he came by the church and shook my hand…twice. He was so nice and really gave it a firm wiggle and then looked me right in the eye…with a kind confidence that nonverbally said, “John, i like you”. He made me feel good and special. I am excited to see his creative juices spill over into our church. He always makes things look good.
