My buddy James and his wife, Cassie had their daughter, Jillian Alexandria this morning around 5AM.
Jillian was 6-pounds, 6-ounces and she is 18.5-inches long.
Dad and especially Mom are doing extremely well! This is their first – a playmate for Ella for sure!
Ella turns 4-months-old tomorrow!
Unbelievable.
As I held her in my arms tonight as she was drifting off to sleep I couldn’t help but pray for her again and suddenly tears appeared from nowhere. I remember the joy of those first-hours with Ella as Jess and I saw on the faces of James and Cassie again tonight. I cannot help but wonder what our Ella will do in life – and I thank my God for every moment we get with her!
I’m so excited! Jillian is such a sweetheart, and I’m so happy for Cassi and James. It’s so crazy my best friend since childhood has a child now. Can’t wait to see her again tomorrow!
