Today I finally took time to watch Luther on DVD. The movie came out way back in 2003, but I finally was told enough times to watch this and bought the DVD on eBay just last week.
It is a GREAT look into some of the church history that I learned about “back in the day” – it is a GREAT portrayal of the story of Martin Luther and the Reformation!
It’s rated PG-13 because of some language (damning satan back to hell and such) as well as some pretty gruesome images of death and destruction.
If you haven’t seen this movie yet and have interest in knowing more about Martin Luther and the Reformation, I would STRONGLY suggest taking time to see it!
