Robocop is on UPN right now.

I’m not even sure I’ve ever seen this entire movie before!

I purchased “Phantom of the Opera” on DVD for Jess sometime earlier this week. She had begged me to see it with her in the theater, but thankfully a mutual friend of ours invited her to go see it – just the two of them – and she accepted and I was out of the deal!

When the movie came out on DVD, I knew I would have to suffer through it atleast once.

I was pretty tired before we put the DVD in last night, figuring that in the worst-case, I could just “fall asleep” and wouldn’t get “in trouble” for not REALLY watching the whole movie.

Well, contrary to my own personal thoughts – I actually enjoyed the movie. It had an attention-keeping storyline and a couple good sword fights that made my night. I could’ve done with MUCH LESS singing/dancing, however, it was a Broadway Musical, so I guess I’ll forgive Mr. Weber.

While I did enjoy seeing the movie once, I did say that I would have to be terribly bored and/or without any other DVD to want to watch it again.

It’s nearly 7:30PM and I’m still here typing away at my keyboard. I’ve been here since about 8:45 this morning and I feel like I’ve nearly moved into my office.

This has been a VERY crazy week – and on top of the craziness of the week, I am once again speaking in both morning services this weekend – Father’s Day.

I DO have a “basic” message outline that I feel God wants me to deliver to Warsaw Wesleyan, it’s the details that I’m struggling over.

Maybe I’ll just try and give them the two-or-three points, pray, and then dismiss!

Tentative message title: “WHEN I GROW UP, I WANT TO BE A FATHER”

How’s that for causing much discussion?!

After I mowed the Helfrich lawn and the Zerbe lawn, I was driving back home to clean up and spend the afternoon in the office when I saw this little guy:

At first he wasn’t looking up from his meal of fine grass so I did what I’ve seen on numerous hunting shows before the “kill shot” – I yelled at him!

It worked and I took some fun pictures!

See pictures of the deer and of Wednesday’s BOX here.
