My little sister turned 24 today. That’s just amazing.

She returns to the states in just 5-weeks after spending a year in Bosnia.

We can’t wait to have her back here. She can’t wait to be here – to tell us all about it!

Hopefully most of you stevansheets.com visitors had a chance to check out tonight’s premier of THE AMAZING RACE.

This Sheets family is cheering for the Weaver family from Florida – they have been filmed as being outgoing with their faith thus far in the program!

Of course we also enjoyed the latest episode of NCIS on our Tuesday Night TV watching, too!

Today was a pretty emotional day for ‘ol Stevan. I had a hospital visit after staff meeting this morning where an 81-year old Christian woman is near death. She has been unable to speak for a couple of years now and as I was praying with her and the family, she would point heavenward and then place her hands over her eyes in an attempt to show us that she is SO ready to be home with the Lord. After I said my goodbyes to the family and to this dear lady, she wrote “later” on her notepad.

What hope we, who know the Lord, have at such an unimaginable time like that!
