As tilt-shift photography gains in popularity, more and more photographers are releasing way-cool videos of time-lapsed tilt-shifted images. I loved these from the Sydney Harbor:

LifeChurch.tv does it again. Releasing their latest web-project, “Babel With Me”, LifeChurch.tv has once-again proved that providing incredible, FREE resources is the way to go!
BabelWith.Me is an online chatting service built on the Google client that allows users to chat in 45-different languages in real-time!
Let’s say you want to chat with that “foreign exchange student” who’s English is still a bit rusty – now you can – LIVE and in ENGLISH on your end and THEIR language on the other end!
I’ve yet to try this out with another “real life person”, but I’ve talked to myself in a few languages just to see what it’s like!
Any stevansheets.com visitors from other countries (or that know another language) who want to try this out?!
I’d LOVE to communicate with “Uncle” Michio from Japan and family with this new technology! (In case he’s reading!)
Check it out – http://babelwith.me
Great interview with Gov. Mike Huckabee the other day on John Stewart’s “The Daily Show”.
Nice to see some cordial-discussion on the subject!
Comedy Central breaks their segments up, so you’ll have to watch all three parts to see the entire interview. Well worth the watch, I think.

Just read an incredible story about Pixar granting a 10-year-old girl’s dying wish to see the movie “UP”.
The day after Pixar received the call from the girl’s mother, they sent an employee to her home with a DVD copy of the movie and a handful of movie-memorabilia.
About 7-hours after watching the film with her family, Colby Curtin died.
Pixar gains some reputation in my book for this one!
They could’ve passed it off as a “maybe true story” after the phone conversation. They could’ve claimed to be “too busy”, or “unable” to show a current in-theater movie in someone’s home.
They went the extra mile, too, by bringing the movie-swag with the movie and leaving it for the girl and her family. That’s just great Public Relations!
