Unbelievable video and new marketing from Domino’s Pizza – “The Pizza Turnaround”. Domino’s acknowledged their horrible-tasting pizza and they are willing to go-the-other-way. Visit www.pizzaturnaround.com for the whole story.

I saw this video after seeing those latest Domino’s commercials on TV that talk about their new taste. I happened across this video at a blog I subscribe to called “People of the Second Chance”. Check it out.

Now that the conventions are over and things are settling down in the lives of countless youth groups and ministries across the US, reports are continuing to come in about how LOVE MERCY impacted students’ lives at each of the four locations in Baltimore, Denver, Charlotte, and Louisville. I’m paying close attention to the Internet-conversations about what LOVE MERCY looked like for youth ministries and youth pastors. Below is the first video I’ve found that shows a group from a church in Northern Indiana, Westview Wesleyan. Their youth pastor – Brian Scramlin posted this inside-look from their convention in Louisville, KY:

Surfing the Interwebs this Christmas Season, I stumbled upon numerous creative elements that youth ministries and churches used in their Christmas Service programming. Below are some of my favorites:

Oneighty Varsity, the youth ministry of Church on the Move in Tulsa, OK made this great SNL-short-inspired video, “I Love Christmas”

If you saw the famous YouTube “Wedding Dance” video, this video from The youth ministry at Highland Park Presbyterian Church in Dallas, TX will make sense:

LifeChurch.tv showed an almost 20-minute original short-film “This Christmas” for all of their online campus-events:

Today was our Children’s Christmas Program at church. Ella had to wear a mask as she was a “stable mouse”. Adorable as she was as a mouse, I did try and talk her into removing her mask during the performance so that I could get clear video of her face. Apparently she was too much of a professional to do such a thing. The video is still good, though. She’s adorable. There’s even a possible hand-holding event that we had a long discussion about when we got home!
