This morning’s opening song was “We Want To See Jesus Lifted High”.

Services went very well this morning and Jess and I enjoyed lunch at the BoatHouse with Dr. & Mrs. Bardsley as well as Pastor Sue and Pastor Wanda and Danny Carter – and of course our little Meagan.

This afternoon I picked up a book and started and finished reading it! (see previous post!)

Somehow I managed to turn to the Discovery Channel this morning before 10AM and found a Myth Busters marathon!

What could be better than 5-or-6 1-hour episodes of Myth Busters?

It was incredible! I couldn’t have been more excited about what to watch on a lazy Saturday morning and afternoon!

Jess has gone grocery shopping after I did another snow-shovel clearing of the driveway and sidewalk! Hurray for MORE SNOW!

The weekend is finally here (again).

Plans for this weekend: none.

Resting at home, maybe take my wife to a movie?

What better way for me to “escape reality” than to do about a dozen loads of laundry, vacuum the house, clean the bathroom, and dust wherever I could.

I spent over 4.5 hours “cleaning house” today – and felt good about it!

It is snowing like C-R-A-Z-Y right now – maybe that 4-footer I’ve been praying for could REALLY happen?!

I wish.
