Fixed new look

3.29.2005 — 7 Comments

I think I fixed what some of you were experiencing! Sorry ’bout how it looked for some of you. Does everything look “right” now?

Do we like?

This morning I headed to Ft. Wayne for a hospital visit at Lutheran. It was good to visit with this guy and learn a little more about his life, his former ministry, etc. I even found out that his brother (now deceased) is the grandfather of a guy I graduated college with (Eric Orr)!

After the hospital visit, I stopped in Huntington for lunch with my buddy Glen Robinson. Good times there at Burger King talking about ministry, life, God, and how large my double-whopper sandwich was.

After a great venting session I headed back down the road to Warsaw via a country back-road. The weather was GREAT, and driving with the windows down reminded me that there IS more to Indiana than snow and cold weather! (although I really do enjoy the snow)

A long drive through the country (flat, mostly, here in Indiana) inspired me to once again remember just how big that God we serve really is.

Men’s small group meeting tonight. I look forward to eating some Hacienda chips with my brothers tonight!

Thanks to Tom Sweeny for 3 more caps yesterday.
Thanks to Bill Leslie for 1 more cap yesterday.
Thanks to “Momma” Sweeny for another cap this weekend.
Thanks to myself for another cap this morning!
Thanks to Aunt Judy for another e-mailed cap this afternoon! (and two more coming, apparently!)

I’m pretty sure I’ve received about 50 caps thus far! (200 is the limit!)

Gas – $2.09/gal

Yikes, I paid $2.09/gal today for gas.
In the Neon, this is thankfully only a total of around $20, but I can’t imagine driving anything bigger and paying for gas these days.

Found this today – Gas Buddy Found gas in Warsaw for $1.99/gal

Just type in your zip code and find the cheapest gas price in your neighborhood!
