Chances are you have heard and/or sung the song “How He Loves” (with or without the “sloppy wet kiss” lyrics…)
I stumbled upon the story of that song and had to pass it along as it is powerful and moving.

Wow! What a moving story/song. The love he was talking about, if everyone had, would change this world as we know it. I strive for that daily, and it is so hard to show that kind of love to everyone. But Jesus even when being spit at and ripped apart still looked at his persecutors with eyes of love and compassion. I want that!
