3 responses to Wesleyan General Conference | Fourth Legislative Session

  1. Indiana Central District conference delegates decline to adopt Memorial 52 re: Violence and Marriage by approx 170.no-70.yes margin.

    • our district (Western PA) had a majority of yes-votes, but not 2/3rds. From my observations on Facebook and over on wesleyangroundswell.com I think it’s becoming obvious that we will NOT adopt this memorial as a denomination based on the lacking of 2/3rds majority vote.

I think it is gettIng closer to passing. It is at about 62% of aggregate voting. N Mich voted 172 yes and 13 no. It still has a chance.
